Tuition Assistance

Tuition assistance for college degrees is available to full-time and part-time Associates after six months of continuous employment. We partner with EdAssist by Bright Horizons to offer affordable and flexible education programs designed for busy health care schedules. Options include direct payment or reimbursement up to your annual tuition cap.

The MLH Associate Advancement Program (MAAP) is designed to provide Associates opportunities to fulfill their career aspirations for long-term economic stability while meeting MLH workforce needs. The program has limited out-of-pocket tuition costs and enables Associates to overcome barriers to education while building on our current tuition assistance and development programs.

  • Three online courses to build college-level writing and study skills
  • Self-paced with unlimited quiz and assignment attempts
  • Earn college credit toward guaranteed program admission
