Nurse Internship Program
Refine your skills in evidence-based care, nursing leadership, and decision making while working with an experienced RN. This paid program gives students the opportunity to work in a healthcare setting under the guidance of one of our RNs.
Requirements
- Enrolled in an accredited ADN or BSN nursing program
- Minimum overall GPA of 2.8 and in good standing
LPN Residency Program
Designed for recent LPN graduates and LPNs without experience in acute care environments. The LPN Residency Program prepares you to be successful as a full partner on a health care team. This paid program will also empower you to function autonomously within your nursing specialty, heighten your visibility within our system, and give you a safe environment to share and receive feedback.
Requirements
- Successful completion of an accredited LPN Program
- New to practice LPN
- Licensed as an LPN in TN, MS, AR or a Compact State, or able to become licensed before starting
RN Residency Program
Designed for recent graduates, The RN Residency Program prepares you to be successful as a full partner on a health care team. This paid, year-long program will also empower you to function autonomously within your nursing specialty, heighten your visibility within our system, and give you a safe environment to share and receive feedback with your clinical cohort
Requirements
- Successful completion of an accredited ADN or BSN degree in nursing
- Less than one year of acute care nursing experience
- Licensed as an RN in TN, MS, AR or a Compact State, or able to become licensed before starting
